. T. G. Wills - 290752 - Under Battalion orders 158, issued by Lieut. Col. J. L. Stanley V. D., officer commanding 2/1st Huntingdonshire Cyclist Battalion issued at The Vine Cottage, Chapel St. Leonards, Lincs. on 4th July 1917 at 6-00pm., and signed by W. L. Stephenson, ( 2l/t and acting Adjutant), orders being for the following day i.e. 5th July 1917 (Ref: 154), records indicate that he was to attend for Dental Treatment at Sutton - on - Sea and was to report at 11:45 on 5/7/1917, at the time he was a Lance Corporal in D company.
