The Huntingdonshire Cyclist Battalions

Frank Garden Wills.

. Frank enlisted in the H C B on a date unknown, when he was transferred into the 2/1st Battalion and posted to D Company, he was given the no. 290752. At some time he also was noted as being in the 1/1st H C B.
In an order raised at 6.00 pm, Vine Cottage, Chapel St. Leonards, by W. L Stephenson, Lieut. and acting Adjt., 2.1 HCB on 4 July 1917, he was detailed to visit the Dental Officer at Sutton on Sea, Lincolnshire at 11:45 on 5 June 1917, at the time he was in D company.

He later transferred into the 1st Battalion the Bedford Regiment where he was allowed to kept his same no. i.e. 290752. He held the rank of Lance Corporal.
