. Taylor Thomas, born in Fletton, Hunts., and enlisted at Fletton - HCB HQ, (Peterborough, N'hants), 20725 Pte., KIA 23/8/16. Age 17. Thiepval Memorial. He served in the 1st Bucks Bn. Ox & Bucks Light infantry. Local papers indicate 16/9/1916 = Private Tom Taylor, Hunts Cyclist, attached to the Bucks Regiment, is reported as missing on August 23rd. He is the son of Mrs. S. Taylor of Silver Street, Peterborough.

He is remembered at the Thiepval Memorial to the Missing on the Somme in France.
