. Pte F. W. Toye 291439 - Under Battalion orders 158, issued by Lieut. Col. J.L. Stanley V.D., officer commanding 2/1st Huntingdonshire Cyclist Battalion issued at The Vine Cottage, Chapel St. Leonards, Lincs. on 4th July 1917 at 6-00pm., and signed by W.L. Stephenson, ( 2l/t and acting Adjutant), orders being for the following day i.e. 5th July 1917 (Ref: 154), records indicate that he ceased to be attached to B Compny of the H C B and was attached to A Company of the H C B from 4/7/1917 inclusive. He was previously in A company H C B.
