He came from Warboys but his name is not remembered on the Warboys War Memorial that is situated in the main Road running through the Village as C. J. but as Wilfred.

His grave is in Brandhoek cemetery in Belgium - Grave number 2-D-7.

Titman C J Wilfred, b Warboys, Hunts., e Warboys, 267500 L/Cpl., Dow F&F 16/8/17. Age 23. Buried Brandhoek New Military Cemetery No 3 11 D 7. 

Formerly 192 Hunts. Cyclist Bn. He served in the 1st Bucks Bn. Ox & Bucks Light infantry.
