Edward Lumbers.

. Edward Charles Lumbers As a Private [39287] in the 6th Bn., Royal Berkshire Regiment he was killed in action on Friday the 12th October 1917 aged only 22. He was born and resident in Catworth and enlisted at Huntingdon as Private 1532 in the Hunts Cyclist Battalion. He is commemorated on the Tyne Cot Memorial, Zonnebeke, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium on Panel 105 to 106 and 162.
He is remembered at the Tyne Cot CWGC Cemetery on the Ypres Salient.
