Cyril Kisby.

. Cyril Kisby - 30215 - 14th Royal Warwickshire Regiment was Killed in action Wednesday, 24th October 1917 aged just 34. Born in Kexby, Lincs., he lived in Horncastle but, strangely he enlisted at the HCB Headquarters in St. Mary's Street in Huntingdon. He was the son of Ruth Kisby, of Upton House, Spilsby Road, Horncastle in Lincolnshire and the late Robert Kisby. His brothers Arthur Walling Kisby and Clarence Wilfred were also killed in the war. When he enlisted he was given the number 1659 in the Huntingdonshire Cyclist Battalion. He is commemorated on Tyne Cot Memorial, Zonnebeke, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium on Panel 23 to 28 and 163A.
