Corporal 32817, 36th Company, Machine Gun Corps (Infantry). Killed in
action 7th September 1916 in France & Flanders. Aged 23. Born Hilton,
enlisted Huntingdon, resident St. Ives. Formerly 1187, Huntingdonshire
Cyclist Battalion. Commemorated on Thiepval Memorial, Somme, France. Pier
and Face 5C and 12C.
