Stephen Arthur Chapman.

. Stephen Arthur Chapman (born Yaxley 1896), enlisted in H Coy of the 1/1 Batallion of the Hunts. Cyclists on the 4th June 1914 at Fletton as Private 392. He was mobilised on 5th August 1914. He served in Filey before being discharged on 25th June 1915 due to re-curring pain from a previous hernia operation.  He later re-enlisted in the Army Service Corps as a baker and served in Salonica before being medically discharged again in 1919.
. Stephen is the Great Grandfather's Cousin of Paul Chapman who kindly provided some of the information on this soldier.
