. Sergt. A. Clarke 290151 - A company - Under Battalion orders 244, issued by Lieut. Col. J. L. Barkley V. D., officer commanding 2/1st Huntingdonshire Cyclist Battalion issued at Vine cottage, Chapel St. Leonards, Alford, Lincs. on 15th October 1917 at 7:30 p.m., and signed by W. J. Satchell (Captain and Adjutant), orders being for the following day i.e. 16th October 1917, records indicate that he was to report to the Dental officer, Sutton on Sea for Dental treatment on 16th October 1917 at 10:45 am.
