Private 43056,  Pte, 1st Bedfordshire Rgt. Killed in action 28-8-16. Formerly 1132 Hunts Cyclist Btn. Husband of Kathleen Braybrook, 115 High St, Peckham, London. Listed Thiepval Memorial, Somme, France.  He is remembered at the Thiepval Memorial to the Missing on the Somme in France. He is also remembered on the Pidley War Memorial that is situated in the main Churchyard in the village where he was born, Pidley.
