. Private, 203377, 1st/5th Battalion-Territorial, Royal Warwickshire Regiment. Killed in action Wednesday 22nd August 1917 in France & Flanders. Age 25. Born St. Ives, Hunts, enlisted Huntingdon, resident Godmanchester. Son of Thomas and Catherine Brown, of Bank Cottage, Market Hill, Huntingdon. Formerly 467, Huntingdonshire Cyclist Battalion. Commemorated on Tyne Cot Memorial, Zonnebeke, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium. Panel 23 to 28 and 163A
He is remembered at the Tyne Cot CWGC Cemetery on the Ypres Salient.
