William James Ashwell.

William James Ashwell - Private 30219 in the 14th Battalion the Royal Warwickshire Regiment. He was killed in action on Friday 26th October 1917 whilst serving in France & Flanders. He was born and lived in St Neots, but enlisted in Huntingdon,  where he served as private 1694 in the Hunts Cyclist Battalion. He is remembered on the Tyne Cot Memorial, Zonnebeke, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium. Panel 23 to 28 and 163A.
